i dont know the reason why they readuce the camera megapixel front 8 to 5, probably to offset the price
since its already 1 GB, 4.1 (jellybean) etc.
samsung touchwiz, i think makes use of the samsung user interface as well as its touch widgets etc.

So you have a 4G version of the Note or Note 2? 3G is fazing out and I would not be able to use the 3G on my 4G wireless network. Do they only have 3G networks in China?

the clone versions of both the note and note 2 still have no adaptation to the 4G network, i think its still on the 3G wireless network, although other phones have 4G http://www.chinasmartphonereview.com/hdc-galaxy-s3-i989-evo-4g-dual-sim-all-band-4g/ is a galaxy s3 clone that supports 4G network.

the hdc galaxy note 2 s7100 is a clone, it is not the same as an original samsung galaxy note 2.
the HDC Galaxy Note 2 N7100 has IPS HD Display, meanwhile the S7100 only has a QHD Display.
most of the phones in china use a custom OS, which preinstalls chinese softwares.
the dont use the official firmware or Operating system for their phones.
