I am interested in the cloned Galaxy Note Ultra. How do I order the phone? How do I pay for it? Can it be programmed in English? Does the $199 price include shipping to America? It the phone unlocked & can it be used in all countries? If the phone breaks, where can I get it repaired?

Is one of the dual SIM card slots mini?
Similar to above question. I would like to use the Samsung Smart Dock (http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones-accessories/EDD-S20JWEGSTA) to add USB and HDMI out. Does this device work like the Galaxy Note 2 where it outputs video through a Smart Dock or Universal HDTV Adapter (http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones-accessories/ETC-EIA2BEGSTA)?

im not familiar with the samsung smart dock device for the original samsung galaxy note 2, i think its similar to apple’s docking station.
the phone’s specs are quite different to the original phone in which the phone might be compatible or incompatible, the phone’s operating system also is a customized version of the original or official phone.
sorry i cannot add more info. im just not familiar with the device.
with regards to the HDTV adaptor, i think you can buy a mini usb to hdmi adaptor.

compatible with any carrier
and according to fastcardtech, the phone has a built in stylus but just to be sure, you can ask them before you buy whether it is part of the package.
