I believe the Hype, it really is a great Flagship
The Huawei P10 has been hyped so much that it seems to be unbelievable. But after having tinkered with it for some time, it really is an impressive Smartphone. The Dual Cameras from Leica is really good, and that is the first thing I’ve tested on this phone when I unboxed it. Low Light performance is decent too and I think much better than the Xiaomi Mi 6, which has been my go to phone for quite some time now.
The System is also stable, slick and it runs like iOS. I mean, the UI looks like iOS and it performs without a hitch. It has been updated twice since I had this and it has improved the performance a lot. And speaking of performance, the Kirin 960 might not deliver benchmark numbers compared to Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, but the performance is top notch and you can’t really notice the difference on real world test.
Unexpected Audio Quality and Super Charger
Audio Quality from the 3.5mm and Loudspeakers are also impressive. Connectivity from the Dual Band Wireless is also excellent and that includes the GPS performance. What is also noteworthy is that it came with a Super Charger. The first time really that I’ve seen a 5V 4.5A Charger.
Overall, I am impressed with this phone and am looking forward for my full review. If you want impressive camera and performance on a Flagship, then look no further to the Huawei P10. More so, if you want a much higher quality screen, then go for the Huawei P10 Plus, but this one is good enough for me.
