Is shipping to Costa Rica by DHL included? It should be DHL, otherwise, the phone will not arrive.

I’d like to buy this phone
The ROM specified in the KEY FEATURES is 4GB
Watching the video, at 1.08 minute, the total memory size is 492MB (ROM, not SD Card)
Why this difference and what’s the real internal capacity?

The phone has the same features with the HDC Galaxy S3 i9300 EX which i currently use right now. the phone also has 1 gb ram and 4 gb rom.
The operating system uses about 1.9 gb on the ROM
which leaves about 2.1 gb left for free storage…

transfered 135 EUR [Phone+Case] to my PayPal account and started the buying process…
However when i was almost completing my purchase is appeared a fee of 4.88 EUR that i was not
expecting… I’ve verified and choose the free shiping method…

Does this have to do with how the phone will be declared to costums?
