thi phone has a problem with the gps that does not work and the signal strenth is wery week i bought one from uredeal and that is the problem i have been having along with others

Yes all the time the gps doesnt work period and for the call signal its in and out i had to stop using it go back to my old zeontouch the only problem its slow

were u able to contact fastcardtech through tech@fastcardtech.com? im not too familiar of that phone (UMI X1)

In terms of call signal, were you able to try on the other sim card slots?
mine has one with GPRS only and other has GPRS and WCDMA or 3G capable.
